Omar Abdullah tweeted, “Very pleased to hear Parvez Rasool has been picked up by Sunrisers Hyderabad for #IPL7 Here’s hoping he gets more games than when with Pune.”
Rasool, previously a Pune Warrior, featured only twice in last season’s IPL, picking up 1 wicket in the process.
Omar Abdullah follows cricket closely and was disappointed when Rasool did not play a single game despite being selected in the Indian team that toured Zimbabwe last year.
