RELATED: Dead By Daylight: Every Survivor, Ranked
There are some survivors that are more deserving than others due to their importance to the game, appearance, and personality traits, such as survivors that were originally part of the game’s debut back in the summer of 2016 and have been part of the gore, guts, and glory since.
10 Jake Parker
One of the original survivors that arrived with the base game over 6 years ago, Jake is a must for survivor DLC. With proof he can survive out in the wilderness alone in one of the in-game rift videos, Jake could act as a survival expert on the island, providing tips and tricks for a safe yet fun island adventure.
With his calm spirit to maintain his serenity in even the direst situations, Jake is the necessary level-head needed to balance out Dwight and Claudette’s nervous natures and ease tensions overall.
9 Kate Denson
With a sweet nature that even The Entity struggled to overcome, and not to mention her musical prowess, Kate would be a welcome reprieve for Murderer’s Island. Late nights by the campfire need company, marshmallows to roast, and a good campfire singalong.
Whether as a romance option or unromanceable NPC like Claudette and Dwight, Kate’s popularity and likable nature would prove a positive addition to the game, bringing together the characters with her optimistic nature, though she can bring out her feisty side when a more tough-love approach is needed.
8 David King
The rough and tumble Englishman David King already has a beach-ready cosmetic–all he needs now is sand, sun, and sea! The accompanying survivor to The Huntress’s Dead By Daylight DLC, A Lullaby For The Dark, it certainly would be interesting to see what unique dialogue the two of them might share.
With his penchant for high-risk high reward play as outlined by his teachable perks and backstory, he could bring a touch of gambling excitement to Murderer’s Island. As an added bonus, it would add more inclusivity to the game, with David King being confirmed as the first canonically gay character in the universe.
7 Meg Thomas
Another member of the veteran quartet that debuted with the game release, to exclude her as an added survivor would be doing the game’s roots an injustice.

Being adept at both speed and agility, Meg is canonically a successful athlete, so an island adventure would provide her with all the intense workouts she could ask for, with a distinctly smaller risk of death. The ‘sporty one’ is another dating sim archetype that appears in many dating sims, though Meg could also serve as the representative of the island, organizing fun teamwork challenges.
6 Feng Min
Lauded as the Dead By Daylight survivors with the most cosmetics, Feng Min brought the fog some much-needed cutesy fashion, and one of the most popular exhaustion perks, Lithe, making vaults a much safer way to put distance between her and the killer.
Her in-game lore states she is an avid gamer even playing in the pro ranks with a focused and competitive edge to her. A gamer would no doubt hold appeal to Hooked On You players, and may even be a good frenemy for sporty competitor Meg Thomas.
5 Mikaela Reid
Mikaela injected a sparkle of witchcraft in her release, Hour Of The Witch back in October 2021. Her unique teachable perks brought the new mechanic of blessing totems to give survivors a slight edge in trials against the Killer.
A lover of all things macabre, Mikaela would provide a witchy gothic edge to Hooked On You, sprinkling in some magic shenanigans to add new and fun events, or perhaps something even a little darker, forcing the characters to work together and give the main character a chance to come closer to their love interest.
4 Ace Visconti
Professional gambler and con-men, Ace would surely add new stakes to Hooked On You. A swindler at heart, there is no way he could resist trying to pull a fast one on other characters, bringing with him the possibility of fun new mini-games. Though as a cheater, the odds would be stacked in his favor until he is caught out on it.

Love or hate him, there is no doubt Ace deserves a spot for the fun drama he could provide with his duplicitous nature.
3 Yun-Jin Lee
The Trickster’s long-suffering music producer, Yun-Jin Lee is a driven, self-made woman. Rising from the oppressive grips of poverty into the skylines of socialities, she is relentless in the pursuit of her dreams and is not unwilling to cut a few corners along the way.
Stylish and musically inclined, Yun-Jin and Kate would make the perfect dream team In creating music for the island, opening the doors to fun new mini-games, events, or even a cute dance date for the player’s choice of options.
2 Nea Karlsson
Though not part of the original quartet of survivors, Nea could still be accounted as essential after being added as free DLC to Dead By Daylight alongside The Nurse in The Last Breath. A somewhat troubled young woman with a penchant for tagging government buildings, leaving home for days at a time, and evading the police with her teachable perks the perfect skills for a street rat like her.
Nea’s inclusion would bring some mischievous fun to the party, pulling unsuspecting pranks on unsuspecting victims, and even dragging the main character along for some hijinks.
1 Elodie Rakoto
Exploring and spelunking ever since grade school, Elodie would make the perfect companion for a desert island. With knowledge of how to read maps and explore uncharted territory, she could aid the main character in discovering new places of interest to explore and invite their romance option to, adding potentially hours of new content.
Combined with her keen eyes that pick up details other miss, Elodie could assist in uncovering mystical artifacts to further add subplots filled with intrigue and mystery, or aid the main character in finding the perfect romantic gift to give to their love interest.
Hooked on You is available on PC.
